Ayven Loft has two spaces that are perfect for small events. The Ivory Studio can accommodate 25 people, while the Oak Studio can accommodate 35 people. We can also accommodate events by opening both rooms, freeing up 2,000 square feet and allowing for 60 guests.

We provide the ideal setting for workshops, masterclasses, branding launches, and corporate events.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, we do ask that you be mindful of our walls; please, no wall decor.

We give you complete access to the studio area, as well as the present decor and furniture. If you require any furniture or decor to be removed from the space, please let us know.

We do not permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises.

The rental period includes loading, setup, tear-down, and cleaning. Please keep this in mind when booking the space; the studio must be cleaned and vacated no later than the scheduled end time. If the studio is not returned in the same condition in which it was rented, a clean-up fee of $100 will be incurred.
